Cottage is 927 sqft 1 bd/1 ba. rented for 1350. If 1 family wants both homes it is 3800$ to cover simply mortgage/costs. Texting is best way for information. I uploaded pictures I had will place more when property is cleaned up and ready. All rooms are very large in the main home. The main house has large bedrooms 3 and 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath.
