Description

Original tiled bathroom with shower/bathtub. Living room features original wood floors. Good separation between two front bedrooms and master bedroom/bath that was added in 1960ish.

The office area was actually a full bedroom and the laundry room. In the 1960s renovation, all walls were taken down, and cabinets/counter used to divide the space. So, rooms include three enclosed bedrooms, this large office space, kitchen, living room, and the two bathrooms.

Neighborhood Description

This is the best neighborhood EVER. The L shaped street makes it pretty kid safe, and the kids play together a lot, outdoors. A few families don't even turn on the TV set! The two houses on either side of 528 have very devoted neighbors who chose to renovate and expand rather than move. Good news for now is that they are done with all that noise. There used to be restrictions on height, but now one can build two stories. There are many neighborhood events, elderly who have lived here forever (like here, since 1950). We look out for each other. Neighbors work for NASA, Google, Cisco, Stanford, Adobe, but really it seems more Ozzie and Harriet. People aren't about their jobs once they get home. They are about their kids. This is my mother's house, but she now has Alzheimer's so I am updating for her.
