Hello! So, this school is actually awful. The food is stale, you can hear teachers screaming down the halls, and they barely have a dress code. Food, The sour cream is separated and chunky. And the milk is ALWAYS expired. Teachers, You can hear them screaming down the hallways and they are so sensitive. You mess up one time and they send you to the principals office where you get a paper that says stuff that had NOTHING to do with what you did. Then you end up getting ISS or OSS. Dress code, some girls in the 6th and 7th grade literally have rather low rise shorts or shorts that ride up their legs all the way up, and don’t even get me started on the Tank tops. Please don’t send ur kid here.

This school is a very mediocre institution. The administration often seems lost and ignorant as to how to appropriately approach situations. The vice principal once told me that, in regard to the school's performance, "It doesn't matter what the kids think." NHS hardly prepares the student for college, and does even less to prepare them for the real world and having a career. Many teachers seem to try harder at being the students friend instead of actually teaching. It is however, what you make of it, and the resources provided by the school can be used by an independent mind to very much succeed.

We loved this school and hated that we had to move. This is not a substandard Elementary school!! The involvement in community, family, and the children is unprecedented and consistent!! The teachers and ALL staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and have never felt as if I were a burden when I needed help!! Everyone is always smiling!! ( I swear I do not work here lol) Not only have I seen them help with struggling children/parents but have seen the guidance and cooperation of staff and parents when another member (parent and staff) was in need to due unforeseen circumstances. I can not say enough about this school.
