Description

3 bedroom, Dining room, kitchen, livingroom, family room, 2 car garage. Gas has been run to house. Current gas furnace needs replaced. Large as hot water heater. Laundry room and half bath bottom floor. It needs renovation, floors, windows, doors. Has wood fireplace in livingroom main level you can convert to gas if you run the pipes. Current gas fireplace in familyroom. Very large back yard in need of landscaping and 2/3 fence replaced. It is a sound home but needs TLC. Roof replaced 2009. I'm elderly disable and can not do repair or upkeep. Being sold as is due to disability, no warranty. I am currently in state of packing up the home so not in showable condition. It has original everything and no paint in 10 years. I Live on a govt.disability that is not a livable wage so no deals, no swankers nor any real estate fast talkers. This area size home has sold up to 800k, I'm asking for a reasonable cost minus the renovations and repair to live in a nice large family home in the middle of Mill Creek and Bothell, Snohomish County.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
