Goss Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in the state. Swimming, trout fishing, canoeing, boating (no gas motors), kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding are very popular Goss Lake activities. For exercise walkers, the Goss Lake Loop is a great 1.6 mile walk around the lakeside neighborhood. The property is also within close walking distance of the entire Putney Woods County Park Trail System.
The apartment provides a roomy open concept floor plan with a large living area, dining area, and kitchen with island. The kitchen includes lots of storage and a plentifully shelved pantry closet. All the appliances are brand new. The bedroom will easily accommodate a queen bed and have room to spare. The bedroom has light blocking Bali shades in place. The bedroom closet provides 24 feet of shelving, a wall-mounted shoe rack, and a 6-foot clothes pole. The bathroom includes a full-size tub/shower. A new private clothes washer/dryer is conveniently included within the apartment. The ductless heat pump and air conditioning system will provide year-round comfort. An additional coat closet with storage is by the living room. You will also have the use of a small outdoor storage shed (4'w X 2'd x 6' +h) for lawn chairs, recreational goodies, or perhaps to hang a bicycle.
