The principal does a great job leading the school and creating a positive environment for students, parents, and staff. You can tell there is real effort put into making students feel supported, safe, and encouraged to do their best. The school creates a welcoming environment where kids from different backgrounds can learn together and build friendships. Many of the teachers go out of their way to help students academically and personally, and it’s clear the staff truly cares about the children and the community. Salk is an important part of Tulsa and deserves recognition for the hard work its educators and leadership put in every day.
