"You have to walk a mile to the nearest bus stop. Main streets have sidewalks, side streets do not. Crime is making its way into this once quiet neighborhood tucked in Jacksonville’s west side. "

"My parents lived in the neighborhood for the last 15 years. It is quiet and close to Ringhaver park, where they have soccer, baseball fields, picnic areas, pickleball courts, and trails. "

"My biggest issue is dog owners that walk their dogs without cleaning up after them. There aren't many, but it's enough that I don't like to walk through my grass. Not cool. "
