This lovely home is in a central commute location to Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, or Petaluma.

This is a long term month-to-month tenancy, with a security deposit required. Dogs under 25 lbs and up to two cats will be considered and will increase the deposit by $200 each. Future tenants must have proof of Renter's Insurance before occupying the property. Property is on Well and Septic. Landscaping is included! All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. This area is super walking friendly and close to the biking/walking trail, stores, parks, schools, restaurants, downtown Sebastopol, the movie theater and more.
