Inside laundry, all appliances included. A/C unit new in 2012. Community pool and grassy play area at north end of the C-D-S. Skylight in master bath and kitchen. Two blocks to the light rail station, 1/2 mile to Costco, Target, Walmart and all the shopping at ChrisTown Mall. Small community of 43 units that will soon be gated at the Colter St. entrance. Newer condo communities to the east and north of this complex.

Also the surrounding streets seem to be always under construction but never fixed .expect constant car wrecks on 19thave.     "The neighborhood is central to most venues, restaurants, shops and recreational locations. Just a short 5-10 minute drive will get me anywhere I want to go. Traffic isn’t terrible on a weekday. Using the 1-17 can cause some delay due to the traffic during rush hour."
