Within 5 to 10 minutes' walk to Castro Valley's top rated schools. Located in a quiet neighborhood up on the hills within 5 minutes' walk to hiking trails and within 5-10 minutes from BART and the freeway.

Garage and driveway can each accommodate 1 car, in addition to street parking.

One (1) year lease. Tenant pays for utilities. Small cat or dog allowed but limit to one (1) and must be house trained. Landlord will maintain front yard on a quarterly basis.
