Nearby 2nd street with restaurants, coffee shops stores. Walkable to the nearest grocery store. Wood flooring with carpet in the bedrooms. Gas stove, fridge, microwave.
Apologies for the photos. Taken during purchase and I wasn't planning on posting them, but I don't want to bother the current tenant to go in again. I'm nice like that :D
Front garden and fire pit available for tenants. BBQ in back available with notice (not easily accessible without entering downstairs unit).
Owner pays water, all other utilities are the responsibility of the renter. Pets may be welcome under certain circumstances. No smoking, of anything, on the property. Street parking, though there is parking for purchase from the beach lot and other local areas. Parking behind the house may be available at times when owner is out of town.
(Note, current tenant moves out May 31. I plan to have the house cleaned and carpet cleaned the first week of June and any necessary repairs. It will be fully ready by June 7th, however, if someone wanted to be in earlier, we can work with getting it cleaned around your move in.)
