    "I have lived here in Terra Nova subdivision since 1995. We raised our 4 children here, attending both Klein and Klein Collins HIgh Schools. The neighborhood is fantastic, our neighbors are great, and the area is a very, very, very low crime area. You can walk late at night and feel secure. Close by to anything and everything - shopping, movies, schools, parks, etc. The Spring area is great. I highly recommend it. I will be selling my home to downsize to a smaller home, in the area!!"
