If you are white don't even bother sending your child here. The white kids are treated like garbage while other races are put on a pedestal. The principal does absolutely nothing about bullying. Says he will look into it and then you never hear from him again. My child was specifically told by another student that they can't be friends because she's white. This school is a joke and destroys white children's self esteem. Run far away from this school.

"Blythewood is a very diverse area which I love! A smaller community but definitely on the come up. There’s just about anything you could think of here. Good schools with STEAM programs, parks, walking trails, a wide variety of stores/restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, and so much more! "

"There is public access commutes to Blythewood. I don’t use them but I see them regularly. It is pretty easy to get around town and get where you need to be. School times are kind of busy and 5’oclock traffic is getting busier too. "

"It takes me 25-30 minutes to get to the VA campus if I leave by 7:30am. Blythewood is right off of I-77. Traffic can be heavier in Blythewood the closer you get to 8:00am. Drive home can be congested when passing the Killian Rd exit. "

"it's a neighborhood community with various house sizes various yard sizes and very well integrated neighborhood everyone looks out for each other. Blythewood also boast a large population of retired military. "

"they'd love the ease of a walk and low traffic. friendly neighbor that is welcoming of dogs. owners are responsible for their dogs and I have yet to come across an aggressive or untamed dog. yards are plenty big for animals to play and get exercise. "
