Description

This home is a Real Estate Owned (REO)/Post Foreclosure. Once a lender has foreclosed on a property it is soon put up for public auction. If bids fall short of the asking price the bank will buy back the home and attempt to sell it on the open market. However, lenders are not real estate agents, meaning that they will often accept offers 30 to 60 percent less than market value!
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.

"Very friendly.. very clean and mostly all neighbors say hello & wave. There’s no violence & my kids love it"
  • Trpdean
"It has tremendous public transportation. I've lived here more than 11 years. - I used to live in New York, San Francisco, Washington, Boston. Working in New York City (and more recently at home), I've NOT HAD TO BUY A CAR! The train station, bus stops, the supermarket, grocery store, barber shops, churches, a fishmonger, pizzerias, Chinese restaurants, bars - they're all walking distance from anywhere in Roselle and Roselle Park! And to New York City, there are not only only 3 stops on the train - and 40 minutes on one of the two bus routes that make their way through Roselle and Roselle Park, but to other nearby towns and cities, obviously it's even less time on the train or buses. (There are six bus routes through the town, taking you everywhere in Union County and beyond). And finally, if you do have a car, we're just off the Garden State Parkway. Add an enormous park with indoor ice skating arena, baseball diamonds, cricket grounds, a separate walled rose garden, a grove of trees planted in honor of George Washington almost 100 years ago - and playgroun"
  • Harvey M.

"The school system sucks, as in the board and the education itself. It’ll get your kid to graduate but not prepare you for college. "
  • Haneefahpaige
"I love it because it's quiet and the police make us feel safe. It's clean and it's convenient to food stores and church. I have no complaints except in winter time they can clean the snow on some streets better than they do."
  • Jamaya W.
"I lived here all my life and it’s quite peaceful compared to neighboring neighborhoods. The food places here aren’t so bad either but it’s a real small town "
  • Bryantwaverly
"I've lived in this neighborhood for over ten years, within that time I've only had 2 neighbors move out. Everyone knows I ge another and are quite amicable."
