House includes small outdoor, fully private courtyard for personal use. Located on Laurel's first urban farm called Millie Farms. Tenant can apply to work on the farm (if you are looking for work!) and will also receive free produce as available from the farm.

Rent is $2,500 + $275 utilities per month (internet, electric, gas, water, trash pickup). Only cats allowed at this time (with pet deposit) Absolutely no smoking allowed. We are looking for tenants who are respectful (*bonus if you like gardening!).

We require an application and full background check (application fees required). For new tenants, we ask for first and last months rent, and a security deposit.

House is available to rent starting February 2022. We are looking for 6 month or 1 year lease to start (options for longer leases available depending on tenant). House is very close to downtown Laurel, right off 95 and route 198, and 15 minutes from DC! Perfect for a small family, college roommates and more!
