Public lands stretches in both directions for miles with elk, deer, coyote, eagles abundant along the valley. No hunting permitted. This home works well for a single or couple who want to work remotely and want a rural experience. Excellent internet. ($120 /month: Starlink is additional to rent) Enclosed backyard. As part of working ranch, cattle and horses are rotationally managed in pastures behind the house. Fishing and floating, such as kayaks is allowed on the river. Access to pastures is allowed with parameters such as closing all gates. Cows will be in the fields behind the house over the winter.

NO SMOKING HOME. Electricity and Water is included, tenant will need to purchase your own drinking water. Propane is extra when needed, which is rare because the house has a mini split which provides air conditioning in summer and heat in winter. No outdoor cats. Ranch is designated as an Audubon Bird Friendly Ranch with grass fed angus beef. No hunting, however fishing on river allowed.
