4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf Mendon is the top school in the state, why are so many of their graduates in foundation type courses their first year in college? This school places far too much emphasis on athletics, or should I say football, and not so much on academics. it is getting to the point where you can tell the teachers are a bit fed up also. Apparently, it is also more important to have a full-time athletic director job filled (with 2 part-timers), than to have a full-time guidance counselor. It amazes me that the ratings on here are low when everyone I graduated with turned out to be such successful people.
