This school needs to do better and teach better kids learning on chrome books is ridiculous kids just use them to do other things on them and there are always fights/bullying going on with hardly any resolution or punishment. Dress code clearly went out the door as well. It’s time for the school district to get more involved and see what’s going on at this school maybe have a parent meeting if they need help coming up with new ideas.

I am here to report that Rubidoux High School, Principal and office staff are not taking bullying seriously, Rubidoux High School Hand book states anti bullying Rules are 1. We will not bullie others 2. We will try to help students who are bullied 3. We will try to included students who are left out 4. If we know someone is being bullied we will tell adult at school and adult at home. Who are they speaking of when they mention we ( the student) What is the purpose of the child telling the adult at home, when in fact the adult at the school ( the principal) is being told and has had few reports sitting on his desk still hasnte taken any action towards the one who is doing the bullying and being allowed to keep bullying. We will TRY they say but in reality they do nothing at all. They will TRY the handbook states as a matter of fact you know what rubidoux high school is really good at TRYING keeping track of your child tardys and absents they are great at keeping track. WHY cause they lose money when your child is not in school for sure they are very good at TRYING to keep your child in school Rubidoux high school now will send a letter home giving ur child the opition of making up tardy days on saturdays WHY is that so they dont lose money but when your child is missing school cause of bullies, where the TRYING then, where the protection one child against bullies . My child has done nothing to deserve this treatment my child has good grades, is active in school sports, is known by teachers and my child is not being protected by the adults who in the handbook states to tell someone and that someone is the principle. They system does not work. But when my child goes to school to fight to protect one self dont they dare try to tell me about my child.

My daughter was virtual and although it was from a distance it felt like the teacher really cared for my student. When the school reopened after covid. It felt as if they took all of virtual learning to ramp everything up. The staff is extremely welcoming, they welcome families in with open arms. It's a wonderful school community that i'm proud to have my daughter in.
