I have a one bedroom available in San Melia apartment homes which you can no longer find at this price. It's only 900 a month and I have 9 months left in my lease. I love the community it has a gorgeous beach pool which is open 24 hours. Amenities are great. Location is prime! Pets are allowed and I have beautiful hardwood throughout the whole apartment no carpet so it works perfectly for that. There's also a gas fireplace, and the floor plan is open which is also great. For the price you cannot find anything here right now I got lucky, I just have to leave overseas and that's why I unfortunately have to give this up. If you can move in by August 1st or within the first week of August, I can give you a discount on your first months rent as well. Call me for more information 3139038999
