Description

Thanks for viewing my listing. This listing is for a home on historic Main St in Downtown Murfreesboro. This home is located 5 blocks from the square. It is a duplex. Each side is 2br, 1 bath. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, with the kitchen, living room, and dining room being downstairs.

It has previously been rented out on Airbnb, and is currently furnished. I'm flexible on the current contents, as well as the terms of the lease. The price will vary based on terms, however, the cheapest option would be $1,200 for a 1 year unfurnished lease.

There is only 1 electric/water/gas meter, and Comcast TV internet is currently run to the unit. Because of that, there will be a flat fee of $300 per month to be included with rent that covers utilities.

The kitchen and bathrooms were updated about 2 years ago, shortly after I purchased this home. We also redid the plumbing and electrical in those rooms at that time. However, the rest of the house was left original (intentionally), including hardwood floors, plaster walls, doors, trim, and more. It has LOTS of character.
