Blacksburg High School is your typical small town High School in the rural Deep South . The people that have money and connections in the local government can do whatever they want the people that do not have such advantages are constantly persecuted so educational experiences May differ drastically ! Just based on your last name. From what I've seen they're not as strict on some rules as others would I send my kids there now they're Athletics Department's terrible they have zero funding and the schools all of them seem to be run by these older women in their 60s that like to gossip and are scared of everything !

This school is extremely quick to call DSS on the parents of its students, especially if those students have red flag behavior. My son got a new outfit and wanted to wear it two days in a row and since I wash and dry clothes everyday and it was clean I let him. He is also severely Adhd, with sensory issues, aggression basically my beautiful little red flag. It's the only reason I can see for them calling DSS so quickly unless I somehow missed the memo that we're not allowed to wear let our kids wear clean clothes if they wore them the day before. When I talk to the school they said, "They're only trying to help me with doing what's best for him".

My school is the best school. Teachers help me learn alot in different study and the staff in the main office is great. The rating is a five.
