Garden style community: 2nd floor - 1 bedroom / 1 bath featuring an L shaped living/dining room. This unit features hardwood floors, tiled bathroom, fresh paint, and one parking space. Heat and hot water are included. Electricity and cooking gas are tenants responsibility. No laundry onsite but there is a 24 hr laundry mat within steps of property. It is available for immediate move in!

Application fee is $50 per person. There are no other fees except for first months rent of $1,350 and security deposit of $1,350 (for qualified applicants) which are required at the lease signing.
