"The community has a new dog park and is working on renovating our public park, with an additional park. It is losing its local police force. It’s a small town with few jobs; and it’s about a 30-40 minute drive to working in larger areas. Most jobs are related to healthcare. The school system is decent, but not adapted to children with special needs. The cost of living versus affordability is unbalanced here, many homes are 100 years old and will require renovations upon buying them"

"it is a nice neighborhood...i love the qauintness of it...the school is very good...people usually help each other out"
