Beautiful lot with 2020 septic and well is 12 years old. Has 2019 new metal roof and new windows placed 2020. The home has a single car garage, which does need a new roof. The home needs new floor joists placed a portion of the flooring has already been ripped out. the kitchen cabinets furnace and hot water heater would need to be replaced. They are no longer in the home. You will need to take out all the walls after replacing the floor joists then you can redesign inside the way you want it. We love this school!! My family moved here 2 years ago, and my son had to transfer schools going into 3rd grade. He’s made such good friends, and his teachers have been awesome! The staff seems to know every kids name. It’s so nice walking into school with my kids and having each staff member say good morning to them by name. Every school is going to have issues, I’m sure, but we have personally not had any.
