Description

Welcome to La Casa Bonita, where thoughtful design, flexible living, and modern comfort come together in one of the most unique opportunities available on the market.

Originally the community's model home, this residence has been extensively upgraded and reimagined to create a space that feels both elevated and inviting. Vaulted ceiling, abundant natural light, and an open-concept layout create a seamless flow throughout the home, while generously sized bedrooms offer the comfort and privacy today's buyers are looking for.

The heart of the home is designed for gathering, entertaining, and everyday living. Designer finishes, custom lighting, curated details, and beautifully updated bathrooms create a polished aesthetic that feels far more custom than builder-grade.

Step outside and discover what truly sets this property apart. The professionally landscaped backyard is the only fully fenced yard among the community's single-family homes, creating a rare private outdoor retreat. Unwind in the brand-new 7-person Seville hot tub, host friends around the firepit, or simply enjoy your own piece of Colorado outdoor living.

For buyers seeking flexibility, the partially completed ADU conversion offers exceptional future potential. Featuring a private entrance, powder room, dedicated storage, and a 2.5-car garage conversion shell in place, the space is ideal for a future guest suite, home office, studio, fitness space, multigenerational living, or potential income-producing opportunity.

Located 15 minutes from Downtown Denver, RiNo, Highlands, major highways, and Denver International Airport, this home offers the perfect balance of accessibility, convenience, and value.

Whether you're searching for a primary residence, an investment opportunity, or a home that can evolve with your lifestyle, La Casa Bonita delivers a level of versatility and character rarely found at this price point.

"It’s fairly isolated and pretty quiet. Not a lot of good restaurants or shopping but very pretty and safe. "
  • Dorie McCleskey
"Everyone in my neighborhood has a dog or more and the community park is always bustling with people walking their dogs"

"Ugh it’s ok I guess. I’ve lived in Denver since I was 10 yrs old and commerce city has always been commerce city, but of course like everywhere else in Denver people have moved here and made things different"
  • Kzink12
    "BBQ’s / Halloween lights contest / Christmas lights contest / garage sales / friendly neighborhood / "
  • M.M.
"As a native I love the Colorado weather one side of the street snowing and the other sunny. You can count on every night theirs a sunset, spectacular! I like taking it in, right by the great Mile High flea market, looking west off of the overpass of 76 th, the romance of the sun setting here never gets old. neighborhood at its core feels like family, because it is. At the same time their are quiet and clear understanding of,”ask first and just be frank”, then go lay down, at each mans home as his or her castle. Treat things as such, and much can be given and forgiven. When it comes to having a places to go, things to do, close to the commons of Commerce city, is Northfield, with its movies eats and out door shopping, a coffeehouse where you take a painting class, Dave’s barbecue and I hop pancakes, some of my fav’s, but this whole area and the Quebec striped is always a way to go! From 58th and in every direction Commerce to Denver, Capital Hill to the Rockies pitching, and West, nothing but Rockies , Mountain! Coming from, a natural cowboy, Colorado creative, moon gazer, Peace!"
  • Vrebeccae90

  • Justin W.
"Fast growing up and coming area. Sadly, it will be a Highlands Ranch 2.0. Every chain fast food restaurant you could want is here. "
  • Rick
"Location is amazing. Close to downtown, the mountains, the country and the airport. Love living in reunion. "
  • Maureenwatsonm
"not a friendly area to live. too many dogs are allowed to run in public parks off leach. too many vehicles are being broken into."
