No smoking indoors allowed. Move in special is to pay security deposit in two payments. The amount to move-in is $4,275 for the first month and the same amount for the second month. Owner will consider prorated amount in the event Renters move in after the first of the month. Every person over 18 years old will be considered an applicant for $30 each.
