New no maintenance Deck with copper topped railing, made with 1 3/8" thick decking, electrical outlets on the yard sides, small animal mitigation (corrugated metal skirting), Highwood Bench swing, plus new connecting concrete patio for BBQ and outside door to studio area
The low maintenance yard of mostly native plants the deer won't usually eat by ALG (Agassiz Landscaping Group), including the new drip system, we especially love and have gotten many positive comments on the gabion metal rock wall by the front door
Studiowith water, heat, heavy commercial fans for exhaust, plus the large fire safe (bolted to the floor), we are leaving the set up for a kiln(heat protected walls and table top)

The HONDA HS928 snowblower(stays only with full price offer), really easy to use, cleans the 6 car driveway quickly
Insulated garage doors installed 6/11/18 with new WiFi Lift Master quiet garage door opener
In the kitchen the Dacor (acutally a Asko with the Dacor name on it) dishwasher, the Elica range hood (made in Italy) that vents straight out the back(makes it super efficient) with dishwasher safe filters-they clean nicely on the sanitize cycle, the pantry, the linen storage cabinet, ALL of the undercounter lighting
The hot water optimizer (otherwise known as a recirculatory) in the master bath that allows you to have hot water on demand (like for washing your hands or getting in the shower)
The 55 gallon hot water heater-doesn't seem to run out of hot water with the 2 of us.
