About this House

This is a beautiful brick exterior home located in a wonderful neighborhood, with great watchful neighbors, close to Craigmont elementary and Craigmont high schools. The house has recently updated flooring the bedrooms and hallway are carpet, the dining room and the den have laminate hard wood flooring, the kitchen, laundry area, foyer and both bathrooms are tile. All walls are painted a neutral color, the guest bathroom is a sage green and bedroom number 2 is a blue and white color the rest of the house is a country twill color. The exterior of the house was just painted at the end of sumer 2010, and also a new 80% 410a central heat and air conditioning unit was installed.
I recently had the home apraised and it came out to 93,000

Neighborhood Description

This is a wonderful quiet neighborhood just outside of the bartlettt district. The neighbors are very friendly and VERY watchful, if someone stops by and your not home they will be sure to call you and let you know. This is an established neighborhood that has some kids but mostly adults, so it stays quiet.

    "Raleigh is a step above Frayser when it comes to crime. it has a bad reputation but in all honesty it's not that bad. the schools are not great. my biggest complaint about Raleigh is that there is trash all over the place. I don't know if residents of Raleigh are just more prone to litter, or if they just don't have the city cleaning up as much as they do other areas. either way the trash is really appalling. if you turn down Coleman Road coming off of Egypt Central, that road is a prime example of how junky it really is. and that area could be really beautiful."
