Our home is located in the heart of Evans within one of THE BEST school districts in Columbia County: River Ridge Elementary, Riverside Middle and Greenbrier High Schools. It is within walking distance from the Elementary and Middle Schools; however, a bus does come through the neighborhood as well. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a single car garage. It also has ample attic space. Hardwood floors are throughout the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and hallway. Both of the bathrooms have tile. Bedrooms #2 and #3 have carpet floors. The backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence.Good rental history, employment, and good credit are required. Renter will be subject to verification of all of the above as well as a criminal background check.Washer/dryer connection. Dishwasher provided.

    "safe and good community with plenty to do and a variety of stores for clothes and groceries and other necessities from high-end to load in for everyone in all different brackets of income there are plenty of police around the area to make sure you feel safe where you live. The schools are some of the best in the area. You don’t have to worry about your children’s safety because there are security guards, police officers, and lock doors with cameras to the buildings."

    "My commute to downtown is about 4 miles from Hardy McManus Rd straight to Riverwatch and Downtown and Hospitals. I am also 4 miles to our Family Business, Looper Cabinet Co. Also I’m 2 miles Washington Rd which takes me to the Lake. Greenbrier Schools (all three) are a mile from my House. And, the sports venue’s for Baseball, Softball, Football and Soccer are about 4 miles from me as well. It’s a super great area to live and raise kids, and the economy always stays strong. "
