Applicants who do not meet the qualification standards with not be approved. Applicant must have a current Identification Card and Social Security Number. Applicant must have a verifiable source of income and must make at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Applicant must be a Non-Smoker. Applicant must provide contact information for all previous landlords. Applicants must not have evictions or unpaid judgments. Applicants must have a credit score of 600 or higher. All applicants will receive a background check. Applicants must exhibit responsibility. APPLY NOW!

And Town Center apartments being over $1300 a month! That is ridiculous. Rentals in that area were between 550-700. That is so sad."

That is so sad. I never thought I’d see the day where rentals on Starling St and York St and other streets are 1000-1200. That is RIDICULOUS for that area."

    "I'm not aware of community events besides Halloween but the people are friendly and there is a few schools very close to the actual neighborhood. I have never had any issues living here and it has been a very safe environment so far from the time that I have lived here. I am very happy with everything except the roads which are bumpy and some potholes. These items get taken care of throughout the year."
