Description

This would be a good starter home or sight to build one. Quite neighbor hood with little traffic. Has an extra large lot. Good for animals or a garden. It has been fully gutted and cleaned up and comes with different floor plans I had made. Lots of potential, call and make an offer today!
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.

"This is a small town. The people are friendly. The houses in this area are mostly well maintained. i do not believe that they have any public transportation. Downtown area is walkable. Traffic is light as would be expected in a small town. They have a few restaurants. Mostly family restaurants with a few chain restaurants. About 30 miles from Brownwood, 50 miles from Abilene, 90 miles from San Angelo. Area is known for hunting. "
