I am close to major motorways with access to main city hubs, but at the same time I am within very close proximity of the beach, restaurants, shops and medical facilities. I can walk across the road to hairdressers, restaurants, and other service stores, and yet I can walk out in my back yard onto a large deck with a ravine. Everyone is friendly although gives you space and I feel very safe walking around. There is also an excellent school system around and one excellent University under 10 miles away.
