Your child could score high on all test and read and complete math at several levels higher then most of the class and they will still make up reasons to give your child a 2, on a 4 point scale (with 1 being above average) instead of the 1 that's deserved. The teachers are allowed to give a child any number they feel, without providing any scoring proff as to why. Bottom line, many of the white teachers refuse to acknowledge the above adverage academic accomplishments of a black child.
