"There is a definite turnover in our neighborhood. New younger families with children. Remodeling, updating beautiful older homes. Many families walking, biking as we are minutes from walking trails to schools and the River Greenway and sidewalks into town. It's a great then to raise children."

"Its very neighborly and welcoming. Its quiet. Unfortunately that means theres not much to do here but thats part of the draw for me personally. If you want a simple quiet life, in a small town, this is the place for you"
