This well maintained, single family home is a rare find and is move in ready. Location is key as this home is approximately 20 miles from Fort Bragg and approximately five minutes to I-95. The home showcases a beautiful living room with a lovely fireplace, new flooring and lots of natural light. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal, microwave, with plenty of cabinet space. Washer and dryer included and located adjacent from the kitchen.

The upstairs bedrooms feature wall to wall carpeting. The spacious master suite has plenty of space, a walk-in closet and a private master bathroom. Enjoy the large fenced in double decker backyard, featuring a storage shed and a fire pit. Attached to the house is a large 2 car garage with a great deal of storage space. The neighborhood provides a safe area for walking and riding bikes.

Utilities are not included. This is a smoke-free home and pet friendly. 2 small dogs or 2 cats max (must be spayed/neutered) allowed on a case by case basis. There is an extra non-refundable pet fee added on for each pet. A move-out deep cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Additional fees may occur based on damages made by animals or the renter on the lease.

Requirements: decent credit score, no red flags, steady and sufficient income, $1400 security deposit along with first and last month's rent.
