I have seen bullying here. Still, it's genuinely been less than from other schools I've been to. I think this school has great opportunities, like a really nice gym and theater. I have never had an issue trying to get a meeting with counselors or teachers to get what I need or help them help me. I was able to have as much face to face with the principal as I could possible want. Not to mention the principal is AMAZING! She is so friendly and easy going, plus has the knowledge to back it up. I am able to volunteer in my child's classroom this year and am blown away every time at how fantastic his teacher (and all the other staff and volunteers I have met) is! She mixes learning with fun and has that special ability to get the kids interested and keep them working. I am so happy with Wilson and am happy it is where my child ended up. If there was one thing i could change it would have to be the discipline system because we have many repeat offenders at our school, but many of those students have transfered over from problem neighborhoods and areas that are know for drug and gang violence.
