Furnished bedroom available in a shared home, less than a mile from the University of Redlands and just minutes from Loma Linda University Medical Center. The room is approximately 12' x 12' and includes a brand-new mattress, two dressers, a nightstand, lamp, and a large closet with plenty of storage space.

The home includes a shared bathroom, full kitchen access with dedicated cabinet and refrigerator space, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer in the garage. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept, with easy access to Downtown Redlands, the I-10 freeway, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities.

I'm looking for a clean, respectful roommate who is easy to live with and plans to stay long term. Single occupancy only.

This is a long-term housing opportunity and is best suited for someone planning to stay for at least several months. The monthly rent is $1,300 and includes utilities, Wi-Fi, kitchen access, laundry, dedicated refrigerator space, and assigned storage space. A security deposit will be required.

Any prospective roommate must be approved by the property management company and added to the lease before moving in. Single occupancy only. Looking for someone who is financially responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and comfortable living in a quiet household.
