What is your favorite feature: "My favorite feature is the location and the park in the back yard. Inside the home the kitchen now that it's open to the rest of the living space."
Location: "It is centerally located. Close to the hospital, schools and shopping. The park is a great asset with views of the mountains"
Renovations or Updates: "When we first moved into the house the kitchen was small and akward. So we ended up moving the stairs to the center of the home and expanded the kitchen. Opened up the kitchen to the living room. Added air conditioning/heating to the main part of the house. Added additional insulation."
Outside Features: "Larger lot with space between neighbors and access to the park. Underground sprinkling. Additional storage shed. Covered patio.
