Description

We just had the whole house repainted on the inside, new blinds, new tile floor in the whole house except 2 of the bedrooms have carpet, the floor plan is open in the living and dining area. The yard is nice sized, it needs a little work but I would like to wait until the spring to lay some sod down. Neighborhood is great, we lived there for years, Luther Jones elementary is within walking distance.

No Smoking, pets will have to be determined on an individual basis, (the last tenants left a bad taste in my mouth for pets), potential renters will need to provide their own background and credit checks.
