About this House

All brick custom home with hardwood floors and 20 x 20 tile in Surfside Beach with oversized lot. (Lot and a half) Only carpet in house is on the stairs. Bay window in breakfast nook and double doors on each side of the fireplace with gas logs. Lots of kitchen cabinets and work space for storage or a person who likes to cook. Master BR/BA downstairs with big walk-in closet(8 x 9) and oversized custom tiled walk in shower. All other bedrooms(3) are upstairs. 2 bedrooms upstairs share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. Bonus room over the garage(11' 10" x 15' 7") and a custom made "ships ladder" leads to 3rd floor loft(15'7" x 19'5") with laminate flooring with it's own heating and cooling system. Another small room(10 x 9) wired for computer area but currently used for a workout room. Corner lot with vinyl fence that needs a pool and only 5 blocks to the beach! Agent has interest in the property. All measurements are approximate and need to be verified by purchaser.

    "They seem to call the lot of a demolished house a dog park if that tells you the size ... it's not very dog friendly. they try to license dogs but nobody cares. most of the people are rude and or transplants from out of state.. the dog park is more mud pit when it rains and without bug spray in the summer good luck.
