About this House

This is a quiet neighborhood with a smaller well insulated home close to shopping, Ellsworth AFB, Highways, as well as transportation in a home that accepts pets. Close to all the conveniences and just a cozy home. Just call Don at 605-718-5215 and he will be glad to show this home. Looking for a one year but can go with a 6 month lease or 9 month school lease. We are flexible. It is also available for sale with 20% down and points plus 2 to carry the paper on a land contract. Have sold all my houses to my previous tenants so talk to me to let me know what works for you. There is an old fashion cloths line in the back yard and I use to have a full garden. There is also a lockable 10' by 8' shed in the back and it is possible to fence the yard in. There is plenty of parking and lots of room for a RV or Trailer parking.
