The main level has three bedrooms - including master bedroom, kitchen, full guest bathroom, and laundry. Lower level has a family room with kitchenette, bed , and bathroom with heated floors! The basement family room can be used as a home theater. The backyard has a concrete patio and lots of room to play yard games and for your favorite pet to run around. Backyard also contains a tool shed for maintaining your yard. Pets will be considered, but separate security deposit would be required ($500 each dog, $250 each cat with 1/2 non-refundable. Pets must be approved. One year lease. Available Jan 1st, possible a few days sooner. Credit, background & eviction checks will be required for each adult 18 years or older (~$50 per person). Showings scheduled **only** after we've talked on the phone. I'm the homeowner, and take a lot of pride in my home so want tenants who will care for it.

Renter is responsible for utilities, no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house, or on the property. Pets are allowed with a small monthly fee. Everyone over 18 is subject to a credit and background check. All adults will be on the lease. Tenant pays all utilities and trash service including electric, gas, water, sewer, cable. Tenant is responsible for lawn care & watering, & managing weeds. Landlord will apply fertilizer 2x year.

There is alot of people with money her so that means that lawn care providers spray lawns and dont always place signs that lawns were just treated. There are a bunch of puppies so parco has been an issue. That what I've seen living here for 8 years plus."

    "It’s a quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. Two grocery stores are within walking distance as well as many restaurants and a gym. It’s located by a school though I’ve been told it’s pretty rough there. Great location during the 4th of July. Can walk or drive right over to where they’re shooting off the fireworks. During the winter, it’s relatively quiet and not much neighborhood togetherness but people are typically pretty friendly. There is glass on the street. I suspect from drinking the night before. It’s safe, but I wouldn’t let kids play outside by themselves... "
