Offering our 1930s cottage for medium-term stays of one to six months. Please see current openings below and respond with your preferred dates. The house is full of vintage charm with the comfort of modern amenities. Most say "it feels like a home, not a rental." Walk to downtown Ojai, local hiking trails, bike path, or the market in minutes. Unwind on the back patio or front porch and witness the Pink Moment on the Topa Topas. There is space to cook, entertain, work, and exercise. Fully furnished to fit your immediate needs. Peloton, printer, bathtub and smart TV are among the amenities ready for you.
Utilities are included in the rental price.

The space has been thoughtfully created with functionality in mind while maintaining some original charm. The home has been freshly updated and features three rooms, two full bathrooms, and a living room, kitchen, and dining room. The middle room has been set up to meet your various needs, from guest room or office to home gym. The laundry room is separated but in the fenced backyard. The front yard is also fenced and street parking in front of the house leads into the front gate. Each room has a closet and the middle room has extra space in an armoire.

Guests can access the house, front and back yards. The front door is controlled by an Alfred touchpad lock - no need to worry about forgetting or losing the keys! Owners live in the back house and use the driveway to access the back house and back yard. We aim to maintain your privacy during your stay but are readily available when needed. We encourage you to ask for whatever you need, as we likely have it!

City of Ojai law requires 31 day minimum stays. Strictly enforced. Leased by the month. Currently available after July 5, 2026
