Built in 1955 1 of 4 original homes designed by the apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright to sell the subdivision homes of Craigwoods. This home is on the National Register and Database of Homes Ref # 09001175. This home has only had 3 family owners in it's lifetime. Features an original "bomb shelter" attached to the basement added on at the time the home was built. The home itself will need some fixing if purchased should be $725 home if fixed. No Open House times will be available purchase "as is" condition bc my family is actively living in the home.

    "I grew up in Glendale and graduated from Kirkwood High School. I moved out of the area when I was 20, to Sooth County. Then, at 25, I moved back to Glendale and lived there for 23 years. I raised my kids there. Glendale/Kirkwood are wonderful communities to live and raise a family in. It's so incredibly safe (especially Glendale) and the schools are top notch!!!! Very family friendly and beautiful!!!! You can't go wrong by living here! I love my neighborhood in South City but I still regret selling my house and moving out of such an awesome area!!!"
