Description

My girlfriend and I just bought a house in Renton, and will be moving out in the middle of February. We have been renting a condo (1 bedroom w/ scenic view of downtown Bellevue and porch) in downtown Bellevue for almost three years - it is located at 511 100th ave NE, Bellevue WA 98004 (On the same street as the Bellevue Square parking lot). We pay roughly 15% lower than the average apartment rent in Bellevue ($1875 excluding electricity and water, and also includes 1 parking spot and a pass for all street parking right behind building on residential street). It also has a balcony with an amazing view. Amazing condo. Our lease ends in September (I think), but we are terminating it early UNLESS we find someone to take over =)

The land-lady is very flexible (I mean she's letting us terminate early), and we've had no problems here at all. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have! Please send me a text at 509-961-1942 if interested!

Taking over our lease in February, and continues until September. Then you can renew for an other year

"Cons: Need wider areas for dogs and more dog trash dispensers, more parks even though if they were small. Pro: clean zones"
