About this House

Full time camping lot AND 42 foot, 2 story, fully contained 2018 Forest River Grand Lodge 42DLFL with 3 large slide outs. Almost 1/2 acre on a quiet cul-de-sac, has large deck off the lodge, 2 ac units that are ice cold, 2 rooms upstairs the has 2 full size mattresses in each. Kitchen has island with double sink, large stainless steel double door refrigerator with large freezer drawer. Living room has 2 huge slideouts with theatre loveseat, full size jackknife sofa, and table with seating for 5. Large pantry and electric fireplace. Outside has large stone circle fire pit, a fish cleaning station, small shed, and beautiful views. Water and electric with a 50amp, 30amp, and 2 separate 110 outlets for charging golf cart or whatever you need. The Lodge has lots of outside outlets as well. Very well maintained, slide outs are properly lubricated with dry slide lube, and all seals are lubricated as well. No leaks or damage, well cared for.

Not a lot of commutation. When it comes to providing you need to provide everything unlike the other school I experienced. Clothes you provide but I assume they go to any kid and you have to provide more. Snacks you have to provide everyday and if you forget your kid might get a snack. The last school everyone was designated a snack day where you provide for the whole class and I prefer that over having to remember to pack a snack everyday. There is no red, yellow, and green check system to see how your child did that day unlike the other school. No organization, maybe its just the teacher. I pefer the old school rather then this one.

"I used to live in the Perryville area in the late 1980s. The community has only developed even prettier since then. I love the area. I'm trying to get back there ... but, it's not that easy. Perryville is a great community to live in."

"Home seems to offer all the privacy of a natural wooded area while offering ease of access to the city shopping district. Also a detached garage/workshop on the property kept this house on my "top 2 list". Unfortunately, my work is relocating me to a different area. Absolutely an opportunity missed for me and my family"
