We are located in the beautiful Thousand Oaks neighborhood, quiet and walkable. We're just 1 block above Colusa Avenue and a 5 minute walk to the Kensington circle, where you'll find a great little market, Benchmark Pizza, the Irish pub, and a Sunday farmer's market. In the other direction, it's a 13 minute walk to Solano Avenue, where you'll find restaurants, cafes, shops, grocery stores, gas station, many other services, and a climbing gym in the old Oaks Theater!
Who YOU are:
We're looking for a respectful and down-to-earth tenant with good credit and references. Our space can accommodate single person, a couple, or a small family with 1 young child. Pets are ok upon approval and with a pet deposit.
Who WE are:
We are a family of six with four kids, ages 8, 5, 3, and 1 year. We live in the main home upstairs but our two living spaces are quite separate. (We've had a family living downstairs for the past 2 years and rarely hear each other.) While the big kids are at school most of the day during the week, we work from home. Weekends, we spend more time outside and like to walk to the farmer's market and a local park. During the summer, we spend a lot of time in the backyard. And we're happy to share that space!
Rent is $2950 + $200 utilities
Move-in requirements:
- Credit check
- Contract with 6-12 month lease
- Deposit ($2950) + 1st months rent ($2950) = $5900
