Centrally located, it's just a short walk to downtown, the CT River, Middlesex hospital, The YMCA and loads of restaurants. Huge master suite with skylights and 2 closets. Fully equipped kitchen with many extra appliances, spices, condiments etc. Main floor bedroom can also be set up as a office, with a futon couch. It's a relaxing, zen-style room with a conga drum. Every room of this home has a peaceful feel to it, with many places to meditate or simply relax. Basement has Bow-flex in a cozy work out area with other workout aids, another desk area and a full size washer and dryer. Gas heat and stove. Dishwasher, toaster oven and microwave are electric. Bathroom has tub / shower with bath salts and pillow for de-stressing. We have Xfinity, NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO and we will possibly add up to 2 more monthly streaming services of your choice. There are 3 separate desk areas in the home as well as a workout room with a Bow-flex and other exercise items. Full washer and dryer.
Home contains many beautiful items and is inventoried. Any loss, breakage or damage will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit to cover said damage.What we also really love about this home is the advantage of the lovely views overlooking the river and city only a 5 minute walk away, with fabulous sunsets and a short walk to see the fireworks! This home is comfortable with many conveniences you will appreciate once living here. Landlord lives nearby, used to live in this home.

Rent for 30-120 days with a possible option to extend. This is NOT an annual lease. This home comes FURNISHED. Utilities are included in the rental fee, including electricity, gas, internet, garbage service and water.
