"I’ve lived in my neighborhood for 2 years. We first moved in when we were pregnant, the day after moving in our baby was born. They helped others moving and made sure noise levels were down. They also played with my son and helped watch him. "
  • Kmsevern
"It’s a golf cart community with street lights and paved Ed’s. All the streets are named after trees. The neighborhood has many tree lined streets and the neighbors take pride in their homes and yards."
  • jimeennis
"I am retired and I live here. This is a small city within about a half hour drive of two good sized cities (Tifton, and Valdosta) where shopping is available for about anything anyone would need. There are several respected colleges in Tifton and Valdosta, an Air Force Base (Moody Air Force Base) about with all the usual services available there for military retirees, including a new enlarge commissary in about a 20 minute drive. Most of the schools in Nashville are quite new for grades pre-school through 12. There is a small, local airport that is in the process of being enlarged. Industry includes a quite large boat manufacturing company and lots of small business, local restaurants, grocery stores, hardware stores, farmer's market, etc... the area surrounding Nashville is largely agriculture in nature. A drive to the coast is about 2 - 3 hours and about 4 - 5 hour drive to central Florida or Atlanta, GA area. "
  • Pat G.
"This is a lovely community, full of good neighbors and friendly people. The schools have excellent teachers and are great for families with children motivated to get a good education. If you plug into the community through church, etc., you can't help but thrive here. We love it!"
