Master bedroom has a screened lanai. Common laundry onsite. Cable, WIFI internet, ceiling fans, extra storage, dishwasher, microwave, range, and refrigerator. One assigned parking spot and storage locker. No smoking and no pets. Limit of four persons. Must comply with Condo association rules. Minimum term is January through March, 2023.

Rent:

1. January 1 - March 31 - $4,500 per month
2. April 1 - May 31 $4,000 per month
3. June 1 - December 15 $2,500 per month (4 month minimum)

(Preference given to longer term rentals). Condo application fee is $100, paid with application. Unless rented for 6 months, Tenant to pay Florida Sales Tax of 5.7%, Collier County surtax of 1%, and Collier County Transient Rental Tax of 6%.
